Services available

  • Initial therapy consultation

The first step in psychological therapy is to start to consider your goals for therapy. We will meet for 1 hour to explore what has brought you to seek out therapy, what you would want to work on in therapy, and whether I am the right person to do that work with you.

By the end of the hour, we will have a plan of what to do next, whether this means booking in for further therapy appointments, signpost you towards other services that could be more useful, or share resources that you can work through in your own time.

The cost of the initial therapy consultation is €150.

  • Initial ADHD and/or Autism consultation

Before beginning the process of assessment and identification for ADHD and/or Autism, we will meet for 1 hour to discuss your experiences.

The aim of this consultation is to explore your reasons for seeking a diagnosis, consider the impact of receiving or not receiving a diagnosis at the end of the process, and exploring whether there may be a different explanation for differences you experience.

    The initial consultation costs €150.

  • Psychological therapy sessions

Therapy sessions last for 50 minutes and are booked on a weekly basis. You will be offered a regular slot, and time-keeping is important. I will be on time for your appointments, and ask that you are too.

The cost for psychological therapy appointments is €120 per session.

  • Adult ADHD assessment and identification

I offer a comprehensive psychological assessment to explore differences associated with ADHD, while also discussing other aspects of your history and mental health.

The assessment is broken down into two-hour blocks. In the first of these, we focus solely on ADHD through a diagnostic clinical interview. In the second block, we discuss other aspects of your life, considering the ways ADHD may have impacted you.

I like to meet with an informant, someone who knows you well, in a separate 1 hour interview. The aim of this is to get their perception of any differences. Where possible, a parent or caregiver is the preferred informant, as this can provide information from early childhood.

The final part of the process is to meet, approximately 3 weeks after your assessment, to discuss the results and feedback from the assessment. I will have a report ready for you to take away, as well as various resources and recommendations.

The cost for the assessment is €1000.
